Section 1: Scope of Application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions for Contract Work (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Terms”) apply to all services performed by Kingsbury GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Kingsbury”) under existing and future contracts without Kingsbury having to refer to them again in each individual case.
